Self Care Online Coaching Program

What is it?
A four week, online coaching series to focus on yourself, shift from feeling stuck to moving forward with ease and confidence. Each week, you'll receive an email, with new material building on the previous week, including meditations, journal prompts, worksheets, exercises; and a weekly group coaching call. We start with focusing your thoughts into a positive heart centred direction, and creating an uplifting feeling based goal that excites you; then creating steps to take you forward on your path to attain that goal.

Each week a new module will be released, 4 modules in total. The focus of the program is creating a goal for yourself to progress towards over the 4 weeks, plus exercises to incorporate deeper self-care into your life. Work through the exercises at your own pace, a little each day or in larger pieces spread out through each week. Some of the exercises are short and can be completed quickly everyday, but don't worry if it's only 2-3 times each week; other exercises will require more time, but less often.  Be gentle with yourself, and process each module at your own pace, find what works for you. It is best to work through each week's material, and let it integrate before moving on to the next module. There will be a group coaching call each week, plus a wrap up call at the end of the series. If you are unable to attend the live call, you can email in your questions prior, and a replay of the call will be available.

How will I know if it is right for me?
Trust yourself! You will know and feel if this is the right program for you. Feel into your heart space, it will tell you if this is the program for you.
Of all the courses that I've taken, the ones that I found most inspiring and beneficial for me were the ones that I just KNEW I had to take, I felt it deep inside. I didn't fully understand why, I just felt that they were the right ones for me.
